Cathy Tuckey

Senior Physiotherapist + Clinic Owner

After qualifying as a physiotherapist in New Zealand in 2005, Cathy decided to seek fairer weather and moved to Brisbane to start her career.  In sunny QLD, Cathy worked in private physiotherapy clinics in Sumner Park and then Birkdale. 
  
In 2015, Cathy relocated to Perth.  There she worked in private practice in Cannington, and after deciding to stay in WA permanently, she took ownership of Manning Physio, rebranding it to Physio Inq Manning, in June 2018.    
  
Cathy has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture and Dry Needling and has completed a Masters by Research degree at The University of Notre Dame, Fremantle. She treats all types of injuries and loves working with her patients to help them return from being acutely injured and in pain, back to sport, work or their favourite leisure activities. She has had many years' experience running both mat and studio Pilates classes, and believes that exercise should benefit both physical and mental health. 
  
In 2021, Cathy become a mum, and later that same year she took ownership of her second clinic, Spearwood Physio, rebranding it to Physio Inq Spearwood.   
  
Cathy's favourite leisure activities include spending time with her family and dogs (standard poodles named Brian and Max), gardening, and anything creative (think renovations, painting, cooking and nowadays Lego).  A fun fact about Cathy is that she has represented New Zealand, Queensland and Western Australia, in the sport of long-distance rifle shooting......so look out! 
  
Cathy loves being part of the local communities of Manning and Spearwood and bringing her unique style of physiotherapy to the area. 

Traci Mitchell

Senior Physiotherapist

Traci is an experienced Physiotherapist who has worked in many areas of Physiotherapy since graduating from Sydney University in 2008. She has worked in hospitals, aged care and private practice Physiotherapy. Mostly recently she worked in regional WA as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Traci has completed training in the GLA:D program of education and exercise rehabilitation for hip and knee osteoarthritis, is an endorsed provider of the Australian netball knee program and holds a Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation from James Cook University. She uses many different treatment modalities including manual therapy, McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment for the spine and extremities and exercise-based therapies.

Outside of her role as a Physiotherapist, Traci is married with three young children. She loves to run and exercise using upcycled household items as exercise equipment.

Areas of Interest: Acute Injuries, Chronic conditions, Post-Surgical Rehabilitation.

Matthew Barnes

Physiotherapist

Matt joined the team here in Manning in 2020 after graduating from Curtin University. He has a strong sporting background following growing up in Albany playing cricket and soccer. He now plays footy for a local team in South Perth.

Matt treats all areas of the body, with a special interest in Sports Injuries and Surgical Prehab/Rehabilitation. Alongside his Physiotherapy degree he has completed training in Dry Needling and exercise prescription using the Kinetic Link Training methods, and is an endorsed provider of the Australian Netball knee program. He loves to learn and apply new techniques to his treatment repertoire, in order to achieve optimal outcomes for his patients regardless of their injury.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys watching and playing sports, along with other competitive pursuits such as battling for supremacy playing board games with his friends.

Nataša Tedman

Physiotherapist + Women's Health Physiotherapist

Nataša joins us with a wealth of experience across several Physiotherapy disciplines including Neuro-rehabilitation, Aged Care, Musculoskeletal injuries, Clinical Pilates, Continence and Pelvic Health.

Initially qualifying as a Physiotherapist in Montenegro in 2006, Nataša also completed an Australian Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University (Perth) in 2014. Whilst working as a Physiotherapist Nataša qualified as a clinical Pilates instructor, and went on to pursue her special interest area of continence and pelvic health. Nataša completed her Post-Graduate Certificate (Continence and Women’s/men’s Health) in 2018, and Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Women’s/men’s Health) at Curtin University in 2019. Nataša is an APA member and Titled Physiotherapist in Continence and Women’s Health.

Nataša Tedman also works in paediatrics and assists children with toilet training. Kids may have delays in toilet training, and Nataša assesses and provides management for both - bladder and bowel incontinence.

Nataša likes to practice yoga, read, travel and watch F1 outside of work. Nataša has a five-year-old daughter Mila, and her family lives in Montenegro, which she tries to visit once a year.

Sarah Futter

Physiotherapist

Sarah hails from the small town of Whakatane, which is arguably the sunshine capital of New Zealand. She completed her Physiotherapy degree at Auckland University of Technology in 2020 and promptly jumped the ditch to join us here in Western Australia. After working in Aged Care across several locations in greater Perth, Sarah decided to make the change to Private Practice Physiotherapy and has joined our Physioinq team in Manning.

Sarah loves the great outdoors and is passionate about helping her clients get back to doing what they love to do. She uses a combination of hands-on and exercised based treatment modalities to help her clients reach their goals.

Along with enjoying time outdoors, Sarah also enjoys Israeli dancing.

Andrew Miller

Remedial Massage Therapist

Andrew grew up in regional WA and moved to Perth in 2019. Having completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2022, he is now pursuing further training to become a Physiotherapist.
Andrew provides the following types of massage: Deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, manual lymph drainage and myofascial release.
In his spare time, Andrew plays volleyball and enjoys working out at the gym.

Yuko Langford

Remedial Massage Therapist

Yuko moved to Perth from Japan in 2006. She completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at North Metropolitan TAFE in 2021. Yuko has training in relaxation, deep tissue massage, trigger point, sports massage, reflexology, myofascial release, PNF stretching and manual lymphatic drainage. Her interests include treatments for headache and neck pain relief. She is also interested in sports massage due to her families interest in distance running. Outside of her work, Yuko loves to spend time with her family and cat. She also enjoys running the occasional parkrun and cooking Japanese food.
