I am often asked how much exercise you should do during pregnancy. The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends that adults aged 18-64 (pregnant or otherwise), do at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity, or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity physical activity each week.
